Cookie Time is a family-run bakery based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
We bake fresh cookies in small batches and deliver them with care throughout the Netherlands (and hopefully beyond in the future!).
If you ever have a question, we'd much rather hear from you than have you wondering.
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it.
Your order is officially accepted once payment has been completed and we've sent your order confirmation.
If, for any reason, we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll let you know as soon as possible and issue a full refund where applicable.
All prices on our website are shown in Euros (€) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise.
While we do our best to keep everything accurate, mistakes can occasionally happen. If we discover a pricing error before your order has been dispatched, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Every Cookie Time cookie is handmade.
That means your cookies may look slightly different from the photographs on our website. A little more chocolate here, a few extra peanut pieces there—that's part of the charm of freshly baked cookies.
We think that's exactly how homemade cookies should be.

Cookie Time never stores your payment card details.
Our cookies are baked fresh and packed with care.
We'll always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.
Because our cookies are freshly baked food products, they cannot normally be returned once delivered.
This follows European consumer legislation regarding perishable goods.
If something isn't right with your order—for example if it arrives damaged or you've received the wrong items—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
